Foster application

USERL uses foster homes to care for horses that are awaiting adoption. These horses are fully rehabilitated and have a current negative Coggins test and vaccinations. USERL will do a screening of your facility to check for safety prior to sending a horse to you for foster. Prospective adopters will call you for information about the horse you are fostering and to schedule visits to see the horse. You will also receive a call or visit once a month from USERL to check on the horse.
