Merlin as an absolutely beautiful horse. He has a great personality and temperament. Since coming to my farm for rehab, he has been an absolute gentleman. He stands for the farrier, loves to be groomed and is the "talkingest" horse I have ever known. Since completing rehab, he is no longer on any supplements. His diet consists of Triple Crown Senior mixed with soaked beet pulp, fed twice daily and Coastal Bermuda hay. His hooves were severely neglected, but the hoof cracks are growing out and he actually has very nice feet. He does need to have his teeth worked on, but I was waiting until he regained his strength to have that done. He is current on everything, but does need his booster vaccinations. I hope to get those done shortly. He has a negative Coggins, his feet were trimmed and he is pretty much up to where he should be, weight wise and is on no supplements. He does need to have his teeth floated. Merlin will be a wonderful companion for any horse lover.
