| The USERL board consists of
five members. The board's job is to vote on policies and issues that arise in the organization. The board has fiscal responsibility for the organization and ensures that resources are used properly and efficiently. The board guides the organizations growth and direction by setting policies and goals. The board is not involved with the day to day operations of the organization. |
